The Effective Graduate
Our oldest initiative is called The Effective Graduate. Since 2014 we have been collecting and donating copies of Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to graduating high school seniors at Ada-Borup High School.
We feel that this book is a good primer for succeeding in the corporate world. It contains principals that are easily understandable and always evolving and while the content stays the same, the impact on the teen grows as they mature.
